GOLO CRM: Roster, Attendance & Site Operations Software
GOLO CRM is a product I built to solve a recurring operations problem: teams that manage multiple sites need clear rosters, reliable attendance, and a mobile workflow that works in the field — not just a spreadsheet.
Who GOLO CRM is for
Security, facilities, and multi-site offices often juggle shifts across locations. GOLO CRM gives managers a web dashboard and staff a Flutter companion app so everyone sees the same roster, site list, and attendance rules.

Technical approach
The web app uses Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind, deployed on Vercel with SQLite-friendly data patterns and Firebase where realtime or push workflows help. The mobile experience is a Flutter app on Google Play that talks to the same backend APIs.
